Job Summary

As we expand, we are seeking two experienced Assistant Creative Media Specialist to join our dynamic team, specializing in Web Design, Graphics Design, Photography, and Videography. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brands' digital presence, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with our overarching marketing strategies. The ideal candidates will enhance our brand's visual and digital identity through web design, graphics, photography, and videography. Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, showcase creativity and detail, and possess a strong understanding of e-commerce, especially within the Amazon FBA ecosystem.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Web Design:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance brand websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO.
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers team to create landing pages, microsites, and other web assets that drive conversions and align with brand strategies.
  • Regularly update website content, ensuring all product listings, promotional banners, and other digital assets are current and reflective of the brand’s vision.


Graphics Design:

  • Design high-quality graphics for use across digital platforms, including Amazon product listings, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling A+ Content and Brand Content for Amazon FBA, ensuring all designs meet platform requirements and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop visual content that adheres to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all mediums.


Photography:

  • Conduct product photoshoots, capturing high-resolution images that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and are optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the Videography team to ensure a cohesive visual narrative across both static and dynamic content.


Videography:

  • Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including product demonstrations, brand stories, and promotional videos for Amazon FBA and other platforms.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for different formats, including mobile and web, and meet the specific requirements of each platform.
  • Collaborate with the Content Creation team to develop scripts and storyboards that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.


Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the Product Manager's team, providing creative input and ensuring all visual content aligns with product strategies and marketing goals.
  • Participate in daily reviews, submitting a detailed report of achievements and tasks completed, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to established work processes, KPIs, and collaboration guidelines to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all creative outputs.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, graphic design, photography, and videography, implementing new techniques and tools to enhance the quality of our content.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continually improve your skill set and contribute to the growth of the Creative Media Specialist team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring a high standard of work across the team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphics Design, Photography, and Videography.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon FBA, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
  • Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design, graphic design, photography, and videography projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
