Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
  • Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to provide optimal solutions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to promote our car rental services, special offers, and unique features.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with customers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build positive brand relationships.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform updates to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine customer service processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the car rental industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
