A Printing and Advertising support organization is in need of an Assistant Finance Manager.

Job Description/Requirements
- Management of Receivable and Payable
- Invoicing
- Costing
- Preparation of Budgets
- Maintaining Accounting Records
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Supervision of Accounts/ Finance Activities
- Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues
- Providing advice on financial matters impacting the company as a whole
- Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff
- Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities;
- Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed;
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities
- Other delegated responsibilities by the superiors
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc/HND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in this field
- Must be a student of ICAN not lower than the skill stage
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with the Peachtree accounting software package
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with a flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
