Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help with the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions under HR supervision.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance records. Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries.
- HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and development programs. Track employee training progress and certifications.
- General HR Support: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
