Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Officer/Assistant Manager with years of experience, preferably in the packaging industry, in Sagamu. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mechanical maintenance, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

-Independently handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting.

-Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.

-Perform root cause analysis (Why-Why analysis) for recurring issues.

-Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.

-Manage and optimize inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

-HND in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

-Proven experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.

- 9-12 years of working experience.
