Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate marketing events and business trips
- Conduct site visits independently for infrastructure construction like bridges, roads, ports, tunnels, airports, industrial parks, and real estate and make notes for future reference
- Prepare and maintain bidding documents and other business correspondence
- Maintain and foster business relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide abstracts of news and updates relevant to our industry
- Other Works assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Have obtained a bachelor’s degree
- Strong ability to gather information
- Diligent and detail-oriented
- Proficient in English writing
- Extroverted and comfortable with networking and public relations
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of bidding procedures and document preparation
