Overview:
The Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team at Smileville ODL. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Smileville ODL.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are motivated and equipped to achieve their goals.
- Sales Performance Management: Set and track sales targets for individual team members and the overall team. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team members' knowledge and skills. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Motivation and Engagement: Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.
Gross Salary: 200,000 monthly
