Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Technical Underwriting & Claims to work with our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering the technical operations of our underwriting and claims department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Re-assessing risk when policies come up for renewal or modification.
- Source the Insurance market for quotes and competitive insurance premiums.
- Making insurance decisions that will be favourable to the client.
- Negotiate and define the specific terms of insurance policies with the insurers.
- Collect appropriate and accurate information required to assess potential clients and decide on the acceptable risk for a policy.
- Prepare reports that detail risk assessment findings for decision-making
- Communicating with potential clients, Policyholders, and insurance companies.
- Ensuring Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards.
- Follow applicable insurance laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1st degree BSC/HND, MSC will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–5 years working experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Must be a member or associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London or Nigeria.
