Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and various teams to address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement operational procedures and policies. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and functions within the organization, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.
  • Assist in staff training programs to enhance skills and service quality, and to ensure that all personnel are aware of and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure cohesive operations and a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary resources are available for daily operations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and assets, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal functionality.


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in operations or related field is a plus, including supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with decision-making capabilities
