Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and various teams to address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement operational procedures and policies. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of events and functions within the organization, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.
- Assist in staff training programs to enhance skills and service quality, and to ensure that all personnel are aware of and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure cohesive operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary resources are available for daily operations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and assets, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- HSE certification with proven relevant experience in operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with decision-making capabilities
- Strong administrative, excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
