Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Northern region [Wuse]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the Regional Manager in overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple outlets across the Island and Mainland regions. This role involves assisting in the daily management of outlets, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outlet Support and Monitoring:
Assist the Regional Manager in conducting regular visits to outlets to ensure efficient operations and identify areas requiring attention.
Provide on-ground support to resolve operational challenges promptly.
2. Operational Efficiency:
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across outlets.
Support outlet teams in executing standard operating procedures effectively.
3. Service and Customer Satisfaction:
Collaborate with outlet managers to maintain high standards of customer service and promptly address customer feedback.
Facilitate initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and resolve recurring issues.
4. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure outlets comply with health, safety, and company regulatory requirements by conducting periodic checks and reporting concerns to the Regional Manager.
5. Reporting and Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from outlet visits and prepare reports for the Regional Manager.
Provide recommendations for operational improvements based on findings.
6. Collaboration with Outlet Managers:
Act as a liaison between the Regional Manager and outlet supervisors to ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure outlet managers provide accurate and timely reports, preventing any lapses in communication or management.
7. Security and Asset Management:
Assist in monitoring the functionality of security systems and access controls at outlets.
Ensure regular inspections of security measures and report any issues to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a retail or multi-location setup.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently between outlets in the Northern region
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
