Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the product management team to align social media strategies with overall product goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Produce captivating content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to engage our audience and build brand awareness.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs, helping to shape the product roadmap and positioning.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry and social media trends, leveraging insights to enhance the brand's presence and product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the product management team to maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and marketing objectives across all channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaigns' performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews with professionalism and care.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest in digital marketing and product management best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness in our strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management and social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including developing product roadmaps and setting clear milestones.
- Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure product performance, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and sales, to align product features with market needs.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, make sound decisions under pressure, and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable product features and improvements.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
