Their duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers on the same project
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Report project progress and budget to the client
- Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering or architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, design, or a related industry.
- A project management certification
- Portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex schedules and budgets.
- Quick and effective decision-making skills to address unexpected challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
