Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices and bills of lading.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm and clarify shipping details.
- Track and update the status of shipments and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of administrative duties in the shipping industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
