Associate Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Logistical Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for meetings, events, and workshops, including transportation, accommodation, and communication needs.
• Business Development: Assist in building a pipeline of projects and support business development efforts, including technical input for proposals.
• Marketing: Manage the marketing and branding for the firm’s offices, including production of marketing materials and representation to clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Development, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in managing projects or supporting project delivery within a consultancy or multinational organization.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of development cooperation and consultancy markets in West Africa.
• Knowledge of project cycle management.
• Proficiency in French or other foreign languages will be an added advantage but not essential 

Location: Lagos/Abuja, Nigeria, with occasional travel within the region.
