Associate Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Associate will interface with clients, manage expectations and ensure projects are executed in line with client expectations.
• Associate will also build and maintain business relationships with clients to maintain client pool, and also drive new businesses via referrals and networking.
• Oversee and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Organize and manage logistics for meetings, events, and workshops, including transportation, accommodation, and communication needs.
• Assist in building a pipeline of projects and support business development efforts, including technical input for proposals.
• Manage the marketing and branding for the firm’s offices, including production of marketing materials and representation to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in managing projects or supporting project delivery within a consultancy or multinational organization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Additional skills:

• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of development co-operation and consultancy markets in West Africa.
• Knowledge of project cycle management. Proficiency in French or other foreign languages is a plus.
