Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal opinion.
- Conduct legal studies, and in-depth research into specific topics, and edit or produce learned articles, papers, and materials for publication.
- Handle all administrative responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Represent clients in court.
- Ability to work with initiative, maintaining a flexible and responsible approach.
- Writing, reviewing, and editing minutes of meetings.
- Participating in client meetings and giving reports.
- Ensure good working relationships with clients and employees.
Requirements
- B.Sc in law.
- Four (4) years of working experience.
