He or she will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial audits to ensure internal control, identify potential risks, and provide valuable insights to improve operational efficiency

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute financial audits, including review of accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy.
- Assess internal control systems and identify areas for improvement, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Analyze financial data to identify and prevent anomalies and potential fraud risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, auditing regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Certification by ICAN is preferable.
- 5 years or more experience in auditing, preferably in a reputable organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and administrative skills.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 above
