Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution of Financial Audits: Develop audit plans, gather data, and execute detailed testing of financial records.
• Review of Financial Statements: Assess financial documents, identify discrepancies, and ensure that financial records align with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
• Risk Assessment: Identify areas of potential risk within financial operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Compliance Verification: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Internal Control Evaluation: Analyze and strengthen internal control systems, processes, and financial procedures.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field: A solid academic foundation in accounting or finance is required to ensure that the candidate has a deep understanding of financial principles, auditing practices, and industry standards.
• Strong Knowledge of Auditing Standards and Accounting Principles: The ideal candidate must be familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and other relevant regulatory requirements. They should also have expertise in risk management, compliance, and financial reporting to effectively support the organization's financial integrity.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
