Audit/Tax Officer

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in clients’ audit duties, and audit visitations to clients’ offices.
• Vouching of financial records.
• Preparation of schedules.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Drawing trial balance and preparing final accounts.
• Accounting functions including bookkeeping, writing vouchers, and ledgers, and preparing monthly/annual reports for clients.
• FIRS/LIRS tax duties as may be assigned including payment of taxes, filing returns, visiting tax officers, and assisting during clients’ tax audits.
• Other accounting, audit, and tax-related duties at graduate level.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND Accounting or AAT final stage.
• Computer literacy- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of any accounting software.
• 2 years post-qualification experience in an audit firm.
• Should be prepared to travel outside Lagos for work.
• Should be a male.
• Should reside in Ikeja or environs.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly (based on experience and proven abilities).
