Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
• Technical Support: Use your expertise to guide repairs and maintenance for cars and SUVs, adhering to manufacturer standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely updates on vehicle repairs to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Workshop Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage parts inventory to guarantee the availability of essential materials and tools.
• Safety Standards: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Training Programs: Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new automotive technologies and repair methods.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control workshop budgets for efficient and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, or a related field).
• Experience: 10-15 years in automotive repair and maintenance, with extensive dealership experience.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques, especially for Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, and Volkswagen.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resolving customer concerns.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications from recognized automotive training programs.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within an automotive workshop.
