Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in Japanese and Korean vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and suspension work
- Conduct engine and transmission repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and fuel system problems
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Use diagnostic tools to detect faults and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on, proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably with Japanese and Korean brands
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software
- Technical certification in automotive repair (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
