Azure Cloud Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based systems while collaborating with IT teams to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Databases.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to support cloud-based applications.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of cloud configurations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator or related role.
• Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services like Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Security.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, Firewalls).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
