Job Summary

We are looking to hire a B2B Business Development Executive to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key decision-makers in targeted organizations. 
  • Perform marketing research to identify new businesses
  • Engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. 
  • Create and improve proposals for both new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate timelines and budgets. 
  • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, business partners. 
  • Follow up on existing clients and propects


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B business development experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong understanding of diverse industries/sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or course certification in this field.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
  • Strong network and connections in the industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies (digital/traditional).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.

Note
  • Higher priorities will be given to those with media and advertising agency experience and background.
