Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring that agreements align with both client requirements and company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales; A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to prioritize meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use Canva and other tools for pitch design.
- Strong network and connections in the industry.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies (digital/traditional).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
