Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who will be involved in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring that agreements align with both client requirements and company goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales; A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to prioritize meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Canva and other tools for pitch design.
  • Strong network and connections in the industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies (digital/traditional).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
