Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Developer at Softt Dev. The Backend Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our software applications. You will play a key role in building robust and secure infrastructures.collaborating with front-end developers and programming to create seamless and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing.
• Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and scaling.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in languages like Node.js, Typescript, Express.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets, WebRTC, AI Automations.
• Familiarity with vast range of 3rd Party Integrations
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
