Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Director at Jomav Homes. The role involves overseeing our construction team, construction activities, Studio works and civil engineering projects on-site across all our estates. The Construction Project Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of all construction projects & also managing the team effectively.
Qualifications
- Budgeting and Cost Management skills
- Experience in procurement and construction project management
- Expertise in civil engineering
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in project management or civil engineering
Experience: Minimum of 5years experience working with real estate or construction related projects
