We are looking for a skilled Backend Golang Developer to develop, test, and optimize the Hanbiro Backend Development Platform (BDP) using Golang. In this role, you will also create clear and concise user guides to help customers understand and utilize our solutions effectively. You will collaborate with a team to build scalable, high-performance APIs and backend solutions for cloud-based services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend solutions using Golang.
- Design, build, and optimize APIs and system integrations for cloud-based services (e.g., Identity Access Management, Webhooks, Email, and Team Channel solutions).
- Conduct unit testing to ensure software correctness, robustness, and scalability.
- Optimize mobile and web applications to enhance user experience and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop backend solutions.
- Write technical documentation, system guidelines, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- 2+ years of experience in backend development, IT infrastructure, or a related field
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues for improved application stability.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to write clear, efficient, and well-structured documentation.
Additional skills:
- English proficiency is required; Korean/Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
