Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, Java, or Node.js
- Strong understanding of server-side technologies, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
