Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production and packaging of our products to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Oversee staff performance, organizing training schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, placing timely requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee customer orders, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate maintenance of bakery equipment and facilities.
- Report on operational performance to the management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in a leadership role
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
