Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Bancassurance Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through partnerships with bank branches, microfinance banks, and other financial institutions. This role focuses on generating insurance premiums, managing post-sales services, and delivering financial education to customers. The successful candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders at designated bank branches to drive business growth.
- Generate premiums for both Life and General Business insurance.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Microfinance Banks and other Financial Institutions.
- Manage post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and value delivery.
- Organize and facilitate financial education workshops and seminars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Financial Institution, with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
