Banker - Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Actively market and sell the company’s microloan products to small and micro businesses.
• Identify and attract new customers, maintaining and growing a strong customer base.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.
• Build relationships with small businesses, helping them understand how our products can support their growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and develop solutions tailored to them.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress towards goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a bank or microfinance institution, with a focus on sales and marketing.
• Proven and verifiable track record of success in bringing in customers and hitting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products, especially micro-loans.
• Ability to build relationships with small business owners and understand their financial needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microloan products 
• Strong network within small and micro business communities.
