Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

- Develop and update beverage menus, pricing, and special promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bar manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
