Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with customer preferences.
- Create innovative drink recipes and contribute to the menu development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations for drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
- Strong knowledge of drink-mixing techniques and recipes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to crafting beverages.
- A certificate in hospitality or bartending is an added advantage.
