Basic Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Evaluate and grade students’ performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Foster critical thinking and curiosity about scientific concepts through hands-on experiments and projects.
• Stay updated with new teaching methods and scientific advancements to enhance the learning experience.
• Work with other teachers and school staff to coordinate activities and improve overall educational quality.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

• A minimum of HND qualification in science education, basic sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in basic science at a primary or secondary school level.
• Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
• Ability to assess and adapt to different learning needs.
• Proficiency in planning and executing lesson plans.
• He or she must be willing to resume immediately and must stay within Abule-Egba or its environs.
• The applicant could be male or female. 
• The applicant must be willing to adhere strictly to management rules.
