Job Summary
The role of the Beauty Advisor/Consultant Trainee is focused on offering an excellent service to customers; achieving or exceeding personal and company sales targets; presenting the image of Perfect Trust and all its major partners through personal appearance and counter merchandizing and achieving a high standard of performance in all areas. The job incumbent is responsible for client consultation and product demonstration when required to do so.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales, Business Development & Customer Service Delivery:
- Approach every customer with an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.
- Listen to identify customer needs and, communicate with customers in a friendly but polite manner.
- Utilize opportunities to upsell and/or link sell other products in addition to or to complement customers’ initial purchase.
- Ensure continuous development in the area of product knowledge so as to be able to correctly sell products to customers.
- Consult knowledgeably with customers and seek opportunities for referrals while ensuring the customer returns for repeat business.
- Ensure clients and customers receive excellent service at all times.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and ensure they are satisfied as soon as possible also deal with customer enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. Make sure requests outside areas of authority are referred immediately to an appropriate person and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dissatisfied customers are acknowledged immediately and attended to without delay.
On Counter Merchandising:
- Ensure the counter and the store generally are always clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure that all structural defects requiring repairs are reported immediately through your store manager and also report all damages to products.
- Make sure the counter is fully stocked at all times ensuring that all products are stored and arranged properly by category.
- Ensure that all products are displayed in line with company standards as well as brand merchandising requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related course in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in any relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service and customer relations.
- Highly creative and innovative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Manage multiple, concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients
- Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
