Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the salon.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain the salon’s scheduling system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Staff Management:

  • Supervise and support salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and receptionists.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high standards of service.
  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.


Financial Management:

  • Oversee salon budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Manage payroll and employee commissions accurately and timely.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for products and supplies as needed.


Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote salon services and products to enhance client retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to attract new clients.
  • Organize events and special promotions to boost salon visibility.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in salon management software and basic accounting practices.
  • Passion for beauty and an understanding of current trends in the industry.
