Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure bids are packaged according to Tenece's bid and documentation standards.
- Ensure submission of responsive bids before the deadline.
- Ensure corporate bidding documents are up to date.
- Ensure completion of company questionnaires.
- Ensure bids meet customer requirements.
- Ensure OEM partnership certificates are up-to-date.
- Check for new opportunities on tender portals and journals every day.
- Ensure technical and financial proposal documents are ready one week before submission of bids.
- Follow-up on all renewal processes for bidding documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a bid executive, proposal manager, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of the bid life cycle, proposal writing, development, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to implement budgetary and cost-control measures with solid negotiation and persuasive skills.
