Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the local market to understand user needs and behavior, providing data support for product optimization and market promotion.
·Product Operations Strategy: Develop and execute product operations plans, including user growth, engagement enhancement, and retention rate optimization.
·Localization Content Management: Manage the localization of product content to ensure that product information and marketing materials align with local cultural and linguistic preferences.
·User Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback, collaborating with the product team to improve product features and user experience.
·Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with product,technical,marketing and other departments to ensure operational activities are in line with the company's overall strategy.
·Data Analysis: Monitor operational effectiveness using data analysis tools and adjust strategies in a timely manner to optimize product performance.
·Community Management: Manage and maintain user communities to increase user engagement and brand loyalty.
