Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry/Biology Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of teaching experience, a deep understanding of the British curriculum, and strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry and Biology lessons in line with the British curriculum.
- Develop and implement hands-on experiments and practical sessions to enhance student understanding of scientific concepts.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and other digital tools to create interactive and informative teaching materials.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their best.
- Prepare students for examinations, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
- A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
