Job Summary

The book-keeper will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and confirming payments.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements daily.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records
  • Confirm payment transaction.
  • Update accounting records on our operating software.
  • Daily posting of expenses and transactions.


Requirement:

  • Minimum 1-2 years as a Book Keeper.
  • Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable with pets.


Location: Lekki (Proximity is an added advantage)


Monthly Net Salary: NGN220,000
