Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly

Cornerstone Publishing specializes in producing a diverse range of books. We are seeking a talented Book Layout Formatter & Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for layout and graphic design, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and polished book layouts, designing captivating book covers, and delivering top-quality graphics for our publications. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is essential to meet our high standards and deliver beautiful, reader-friendly books.

Key Responsibilities
- Book Layout Formatting
Design and format book interiors for both print and digital formats, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing layouts.

- Book Cover Design
Create eye-catching book covers that effectively capture each book’s theme and attract its target audience.

- Graphic Design
Develop high-quality graphics, including illustrations and infographics, to enhance the overall look and feel of our publications.

- Collaboration
Work closely with authors, editors, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life and ensure consistency across projects.

- Quality Control
Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, alignment with project specifications, and adherence to brand standards.

- Industry Awareness
Stay up-to-date with design trends and publishing industry standards to keep our publications fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in book layout formatting, cover design, and general graphic design within the publishing industry.
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of typography, and a keen eye for color and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and a creative, problem-solving approach.
