Job Description/Requirements
Responbilities:
- Monitor entrances and key access points to prevent unauthorized entry into sensitive areas (e.g., emergency rooms, ICUs, wards).
- Enforce hospital rules regarding visiting hours, noise control, and loitering.
- De-escalate aggressive or disruptive behavior by patients, visitors, or intruders using non-violent techniques.
- Escort disorderly or non-compliant individuals from the premises as directed.
- Support medical and administrative staff during emergency incidents involving security risks.
- Perform regular patrols around the hospital building, including lobbies, waiting areas, parking lots, and stairwells.
- Work closely with hospital security, nursing staff, and law enforcement when needed.
- Document incidents clearly and submit reports for review.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or calls for assistance.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- SSCE certificate is required
