Job Description/Requirements
- Monitor loan portfolio quality
- Disbursement of loans
- Monitor clients recruitment in the branch
- Monitor branch profitability in relation to set target
- Submission of CSO’s memberships report.
- Overseeing the operations of a branch office, including:
- Driving growth: Responsible for increasing deposits and credit and meeting sales goals
- Managing staff: Hiring, training, and developing staff, and ensuring they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Building relationships: Building rapport with customers and the community to attract business
- Ensuring compliance: Complying with all bank policies, regulations, and laws
- Preparing reports: Preparing financial reports and budgets, and other reports as requested by management
- Handling customer issues: Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Monitoring performance: Monitoring loan portfolio quality, branch profitability, and client recruitment
- Staying current: Staying abreast of competing markets and providing reports on market movement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
