Responsibilities:
- Customer service: Ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving complaints
- Sales: Developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Inventory: Managing inventory and controlling costs
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Store environment: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Industry trends: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Promotional campaigns: Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
Requirements:
- Must have worked in a supermarket as a supervisor or branch manager minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Must be ready to resume Immediately in January 2025
