The Skincare Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce store policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, product arrangement, and visual merchandising.


Sales & Customer Service:

  • Assist customers in selecting skincare products based on their needs.
  • Train staff on skincare product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implement and track sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.


Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and prevent loss or theft.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management for restocking and new product arrivals.


Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Lead and motivate store employees to ensure high performance.
  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor staff attendance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.


Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain sales records, customer feedback, and inventory reports.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies and retail standards.


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, trends, and ingredients.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and work under pressure.
