Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on MSport brand and marketing initiatives in Nigeria.
- Analyze the sports betting industry in Nigeria to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate competitors' strategies in the Nigerian market.
- Propose actionable insights to enhance MSport's competitive edge in Nigeria.
- Work with the team in the creation and execution of creative brand marketing campaigns tailored to the Nigerian market.
- Utilize your experience in outdoor activations and promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility in Nigeria.
- Monitor and manage social media channels specific to Nigeria, addressing negative feedback professionally.
- Leverage content writing and SEO optimization skills to enhance online visibility in the Nigerian market.
- Utilize strategic sponsorships to strengthen the MSport brand in Nigeria.
- Utilize analytical skills to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives in Nigeria.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Nigeria to achieve common goals.
- Collaborating with the video team in creating videos for various social media channels.
Campaign Development and Management Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels, such as social media, email, search engine marketing, influencer marketing, and more, to leverage the strengths of each channel and achieve the brand marketing objectives.
- Assist Senior Brand Manager/Brand director to uncover niche markets with substantial untapped potential through thorough research and vigilant pursuit of market gaps and opportunities, craft marketing messages that are creatively tailored to resonate deeply with those niche audiences, and generate innovative and eye-catching marketing ideas that are distinctly appealing and perfectly matched to the particular desires of those niches
- Assist in developing the brand strategy and creating marketing campaigns with clear timelines and actionable steps.
- Develop and implement a PR matrix, as well as plan and organize various PR-themed events.
- Develop and oversee creative strategies for hard advertising campaigns across television, outdoor, and radio platforms.
- Develop video-related campaign strategies, oversee video production, and analyze performance to optimize for maximum brand channel planning and optimization and develop data-driven user acquisition strategies
Requirements:
- HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management or related positions.
- Proven experience in branding will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in leading a team is highly regarded.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000-300,000
