As our Brand Designer, you will be the visionary behind our brand identity, developing a comprehensive design system and leading the visual direction for all digital and marketing assets.
Job Summary
As the Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the visual identity of ZinariPay. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the design system, including logos, colors, typography, and other key brand assets. Additionally, you will execute the design of marketing materials, website assets, and motion graphics.
As the sole designer on the team, you will have complete creative ownership, working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand ownership: Develop and maintain the entire brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.
- Design system creation: Build a comprehensive design system, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and other design elements.
- Marketing and web assets: Design visually appealing marketing materials, website assets, and social media content that align with our brand.
- Motion graphics & video: Create engaging motion graphics and video content for use in digital marketing and product promotions.
- Strategic input: Provide strategic direction on how the brand should evolve and grow as the company scales.
- Brand guidelines: Develop and document clear brand guidelines for use by internal teams and external partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure the brand vision is executed consistently.
- Creative ownership: As the first designer, you will have full creative freedom and leadership in shaping the brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build and manage brand identities.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and motion graphics/video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage the entire design process independently, from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with fintech or tech companies is a plus but not required.
