Job Summary
This is a full-time role for a Brand Development Strategist and Management. The expert will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing and implementing business strategies to enhance organizational performance. Additionally, they will foster relationships with potential clients and partners to drive business growth. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work flexibility with regular in-office collaboration at our Abuja location.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our company’s positioning
- Craft our differentiation strategy
- Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Brief our creative team about marketing projects they’ll be working on (for example e-books, email campaigns, and advertising banners)
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
- Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Develop our social media strategy
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or course certification in this field.
- Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities (Higher priorities will be given to those with media and advertising agency experience and background).
- Proven ability to sell and achieve exceptional results with business and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
