We are seeking a Brand Manager for a luxurious retail business in Lagos Island.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop a brand strategy to properly position the company in the mind of its clients.
- Manage sales and marketing executives and ensure compliance to corporate policies.
- Create and develop action plans that will lead prospects to take a buying decision.
- Collaborate with social media advocates to ensure active promotion campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and validate ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, research on customer behavior and competitor activities
- Oversee all marketing and advertising activities on company’s social media platforms.
- Create growth strategies and build relationships that will foster brand awareness.
- Establish performance specifications; manage sales budgets and product distributions.
Requirements:
- Degree in communications or a related discipline
- 4 -5 years’ experience in social media marketing.
- Conversant with the retail business environment.
- Passionate about luxury, beauty and wellness as a style.
